Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also include the packing slip or proof of purchase.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Opened or used personal care items (due to hygiene reasons)
- Perishable goods
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards
Return Process
- Contact Us: Initiate a return by contacting our customer support team through our contact page: https://health-pic.com/about-us/contact/. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our contact page.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us through our contact page.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through our contact page with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
